RETURN & CANCELLATION

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with fuelnutritionhouse.com. With our 7 days return policy, We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at fuelnutritionhouse.com

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation post dispatch or non acceptance will levy a charge of 10% of total order value.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered then please get in touch with our customer care on fuelnutritionhouse@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then send you a replacement or add Cashback points as per your request. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs as per the invoice in the form of store credit.
  • Prepaid Orders: The refund for the prepaid order will be credited in 7 working days.
  • For COD Orders: Once we receive the details the amount will be credited in bank account in 10 business days.
  • Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • All return request are subject to unboxing video only, any request without unboxing video will not be entertained.
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 7 days ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • Any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting, rashes, stomach upset or severe headaches) and for issues with taste, flavour, likes/dislikes or lack of results from a product are not eligible for any return or refund. (Please consult your doctor before buying the product)
  • Clumping of moisture attracting products like aminos, pre-workouts, bcaas, creatine etc is a natural process and is not eligible for any return, refund or exchange.
  • Items in clearance sale or marked as un-returnable at the time of placing an order would not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered will not be eligible for any return or refund.
